Star Indian javelin throw athlete Neeraj Chopra finished second in the Lausanne leg of the Diamond League 2024 on Friday with a season-best throw of 89.49m at the Stade Olympique de la Pontaise.
Granada’s Anderson Peters pipped Chopra to the top spot with a meet record of 90.61mm while German Julius Weber completed the top three with a best attempt of 87.08m on the day.
