The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) is set to release the notification for admissions for the 2026-27 academic session soon on its official website. The admission process will be conducted online, and parents or guardians must complete the application forms as outlined in the upcoming notification. Admissions for Classes 2, 9, and 11 will depend on seat availability. Eligibility criteria and reservation policies will be detailed in the official notification.

For Class 1 admissions, the age group and required documents for age verification will be specified. The reservation policies are likely to remain unchanged, including quotas for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and economically weaker sections. Priority will be given to children of transferrable Central government employees.

–– A valid email address.

–– A photograph of a child’s photo in a JPEG file, maximum size 256KB

–– Child’s birth certificate in JPEG or PDF file, 256KB

–– Applying under the weaker section then a government certificate is required.

–– Transfer details of the parents or grandparents serving cardinals will be required.

Step 1: Visit the online portal at kvsadmission.co.in.

Step 2: Click on the registered portal, read all the instructions and tap on all accept.

Step 3: Read all the instructions carefully

Step 4: Fill in all the required details

Step 5: After filling, you have to verify your number through the OTP process

Step 6: Now users have all the login details with them

Step 7: Select the class you want to register

Step 8: Upload all the required documents that are mentioned

The children of serving employees, grandchildren of serving employees and grandchildren of retired serving employees will get preference during the admission process and throughout the school.
