JKBOSE Class 10 Board Exam 2026: The exams on November 7 and 14 have been cancelled due to bye-elections in Budgam and Nagrota on November 11.

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBoSE) has revised the class 10 annual examination schedule 2026 for the winter-zone areas due to assembly bye-elections. Students who are set to appear for the exams can download the updated schedule from the official website, jkbose.nic.in.
According to the revised JKBOSE 10th date sheet for 2026, the Social Science exam is now scheduled for November 26, and the Science exam has been moved to November 11, 2025. Exams scheduled for November 7 and 14 have been cancelled due to bye-elections in Budgam and Nagrota on November 11. Students must note that the exam timings and centres remain unchanged.
“It is hereby notified for information of all the stakeholders in general and the students of Class 10 in particular that the date sheet for Secondary School Examination (Class 10th) Annual/Regular, 2025 (Oct-Nov session), has been revised in view of Assembly bye-elections,” JKBOSE stated in its official notice.

Nov 24 – Additional / Optional Subjects – Arabic, Kashmiri, Dogri, Bhoti, Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, Persian, Sanskrit
Nov 25 – Music
Nov 26 – Social Science
Nov 27 – Painting / Art and Drawing
JKBOSE Class 10 Datesheet 2026: How To Check?
Step 1. Visit the official website of the Jammu and Kashmir board at jkbose.nic.in.
Step 2. Click on the “Student Corner” link on the homepage
Step 3. Click on the class 10 date sheet link.
Step 4. The JKBOSE Class 10 Datesheet 2026 will be displayed on your screen as a PDF.
Step 5. Download and save the page. Take a print out for further use.
Meanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir board class 11 exams for the year 2025 will be held from November 19 to December 13. Meanwhile, the class 12 exams will take place from November 8 to December 3, 2025.
