Reliance Jio Limited has reported a net profit of Rs 5,445 crore in the first quarter of FY 2024-25. It has increased by 2% on quarterly basis. The company’s revenue also increased by 2% in the April-June quarter and stood at Rs 26,478 crore. The company has released the results of the first quarter of FY 2025 today (Friday, July 19).
Net profit rises 13% in Q4FY24 to Rs.stood at Rs 4,716 crore
In the last quarter i.e. the fourth quarter (January-March) of the financial year 2023-24, the company’s net profit grew 13% on an annual (YoY) basis to Rs 4,716 crore. The company had recorded a net profit of Rs 4,173 crore in the same quarter a year ago. Jio’s income from value of services increased to Rs 27,539 crore in Q4FY24. It was Rs 24,602 crore in January-March 2023.
Reliance Industries stock rose 20.33% this year
Shares of Reliance Jio’s parent company Reliance Industries today (19 July) fell 1.78% to close at Rs 3,116.59. The company’s stock has given a negative return of 1.86% in the last 5 days. It has given a return of 6.84% in the last 1 month, 13.97% in 6 months and 9.68% in one year. If we talk only about this year i.e. from 1 January till now, Reliance’s stock has risen by 20.33%.
The share of Reliance Industries, the parent company of Reliance Group, today (July 19) fell by 1.78% to close at Rs 3,116.59.
