Bollywood screenwriter and lyricist Javed Akhtar on Monday criticised the “respect and reception” given to the representative of Taliban, Amir Khan Muttaqi, during his visit to India.
In a post on X, Akhtar also slammed the Darul Uloom Deoband in Saharanpur for giving the Taliban leader a grand welcome.
