On one hand, there is a huge crowd of devotees in the Magh Mela organized in Sangam city Prayagraj, while on the other hand, Indian Railways is also ensuring its participation for the convenience of the devotees. In this sequence, keeping in mind the additional crowd of devotees during Magh Mela, Indian Railways has decided to give temporary stoppage of 02 minutes to many trains at Prayag station of Lucknow Division of Northern Railway from January 1 to February 20, 2026.
CPRO Pankaj Kumar Singh of North Eastern Railway said in this context that Sangam Nagri Prayagraj For the convenience of the devotees arriving during Magh Mela, temporary stoppage of many trains is being given at Prayag station of Lucknow division. So that the devotees can get convenience in reaching Sangam city.
