As many as five BTech and BS programmes including Biological Sciences and Bioengineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Chemistry, Economic and Mathematics and Statistics departments will be admitting students through Olympiad scores.

Admission to the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur will be done through Olympiads from the academic year 2025-26. As many as five BTech and BS programmes including Biological Sciences and Bioengineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Chemistry, Economic and Mathematics and Statistics departments will be admitting students through Olympiad scores.
