Determination and perseverance are the keys to success. When someone is deeply committed to achieving their goal, even the toughest challenges cannot hold them back. One such story is that of Madhury Reddy, from Hyderabad.
Madhuri Reddy, who aspired to become a doctor since her childhood has finally achieved success by securing 7th rank in the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET). Madhuri scored 695 out of 720 with a 99.999 percentile. She stood first in the female category and 7th in overall. She had a dream of becoming a doctor since childhood. Therefore, she enrolled in the foundation course for medical preparation in class 7. While studying in a private coaching institute, she made a strong resolve to move forward in the field of medicine.
By securing the 7th rank in NEET, Madhuri credits her success to the guidance of her parents and teachers. Her father, Tirupati Reddy, is a software professional, and her mother is a housewife. The constant motivation of her family and the guidance from her teachers helped her achieve her goal. Moreover, her passion, hard work, and dedication are other things that made her successful. She used to study for 10-12 hours every day. Apart from studies, she is also interested in sports like playing badminton, watching movies and cricket matches.
Madhuri has also taken entrance exams for the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER).
On a similar note, one such story of Ramlal from Rajasthan also came to light. Despite being a husband and a father, he fulfils his dream of becoming a doctor by cracking NEET. Balancing his studies with family obligations was far from easy but his determination drove him forward. He went to Kota to prepare for the NEET examination. To support his dream, his father took out a loan. His mother sold her jewellery. Leaving his family behind, he settled in Kota and attempted the NEET exam four times, facing failure each time. Finally, in his fifth attempt in 2022, he succeeded, scoring 632 out of 720. He finally got admission to the MBBS program with this achievement.
