There is an increase in the prices of gold and silver today i.e. on 11th November. According to India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), 10 grams of gold has increased by Rs 1,706 to reach Rs 1,24,147. Earlier the price of gold was Rs 1,22,441 per 10 grams. It has increased by Rs 4,047 in just 2 trading days. Last Friday it was at Rs 1,20,100.

At the same time, silver has increased by Rs 2,695 to Rs 1,54,338 per kg. Earlier its price was Rs 1,51,643 per kg. On October 17, gold had made an all-time high of Rs 1,30,874 and on October 14, silver had made an all-time high of Rs 1,78,100.

IBJA’s gold prices do not include 3% GST, making charges and jewelers margin, hence the rates in cities are different. RBI uses these rates to decide the rates of Sovereign Gold Bond. Many banks use it to decide the rates of gold loan.

This year gold became costlier by ₹ 47,985 and silver by ₹ 68,321

  • So far this year, the price of gold has increased by Rs 47,985. On December 31, 2024, 10 grams of 24 carat gold was worth Rs 76,162, which has now become Rs 1,24,147.
  • The price of silver has also increased by Rs 68,321 during this period. On December 31, 2024, the price of one kg silver was Rs 86,017, which has now become Rs 1,54,338 per kg.

Then gold can go up to Rs 1.25 lakh According to experts, there may be fluctuations in gold prices in the coming days. Although the wedding season has started, this will provide support to gold. Due to this, its price may once again go up to Rs 1.25 lakh in the coming days.
