Dr. Vivek Bindra has been giving business guidance to youth and entrepreneurs for a long time through his YouTube channel.
The Supreme Court has given a clean chit in all legal matters to YouTuber, Motivational Speaker and Business Coach Dr. Vivek Bindra. Some time ago a complaint was filed against him and his company ‘Bada Business Private Limited’ in fraud related cases at different places in the country.
Vivek Bindra was accused that his company used to lure people to earn millions by linking people with projects like money-making chains. Apart from this, questions like ’10 Day MBA ‘were also questioned.
After this decision, Dr. Bindra said, “The truth always wins and this has been proved once again. My victory is also the victory of millions of youth and entrepreneurs who have been trusting me for years.”
Around 750 petitions were filed against Dr. Bindra
- Several cases of fraud were registered against Dr. Vivek Bindra in Delhi’s Saket Court and Economic Offenses Branch (EOW). However, in May 2024, he got a clean chit in these cases.
- In states like Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar, many FIRs were registered against them in fraud cases. But the police canceled all these FIRs after investigation.
- After this, about 750 petitions were filed against Dr. Bindra in the Supreme Court, in which he was made serious allegations of fraud. The case, which started in January 2024, lasted for one and a half years. Finally, on 2 September 2025, the Supreme Court dismissed all the petitions.
Dr. Bindra’s wife said on the family dispute- was and will be together
Dr. Bindra’s wife Yanika Quatra described the news of family disputes in the year 2023. He said- “Our relationship is strong. We were together before and will continue to be ahead.” Recently, Dr. Bindra and Yanika were also seen together in Kumbh Mela and many temples.

His company ‘Bada Business Private Limited’ also works to give people guidance in business. Dr. Bindra and his company also have 12 Guinness World Records.
He runs a ‘Leadership Funnel Program’ for MSMES and Startups, which helps Entrepreneurs travel from his idea stage to IPO.
Under this program, companies like Luno Solar, Prabhu IVF and Bajiya are moving towards IPO listing in ‘Bada Business’ and Dr. Bindra’s guidance.
