HUDCO Final Dividend 2025: Housing and Urban Development Corporation of India (HUDCO) on Wednesday recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.05 per equity share at the rate of 10.50 per cent on the face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2024-25. It is subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The final dividend is in addition to 1st interim dividend of Rs 2.05 per equity share and 2nd interim dividend of Rs 1.05 per equity share already declared and paid for the financial year 2024-25.
After approval of the shareholders, the final dividend will be paid within the statutory period of 30 days from the date of approval. The company will announce the record date in the due time.
HUDCO Q4 Results
HUDCO reported that its consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 10,311.29 crore in FY2024-25, against Rs 7,784.29 crore in FY2023-24. PAT for FY2024-25 stood at Rs 2,709.14 crore, as compared to Rs 2,116.69 crore in FY2023-24. There was a significant increase in revenue from operations, indicating strong business performance.
The EPS grew to Rs 13.53 in FY25, as compared to Rs10.57 in FY24.
HUDCO’s total assets climbed to Rs 1,28,495 crore in FY2024-25, against Rs 93,422 crore in FY2023-24.
Both PBT and PAT showed substantial growth, reflecting improved profitability.
In Q4 Fy25, the revenue and PAT stood at Rs 2,844.99 crore and Rs 727.74 crore, respectively.
Hudco Share Price
Hudco shares fell 3 per cent intraday on Wednesday to trade at Rs 211 apiece at the time of writing this report. The scrip opened at Rs 213.20 apiece, against the previous day close at Rs 217.95 apiece. The stock’s 52-week movement indicates a high of Rs 353.70 and a low of Rs 158.85.
