Delhi University’s Central Placement Cell will organise a job fair on October 8, offering job and internship opportunities for UG, PG, PhD students and graduates.

The Central Placement Cell of Delhi University (DU), under the Dean of Students’ Welfare, will host a job fair on October 8 for students. The fair is open to all students currently enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programmes, as well as DU graduates. The event will provide both job and internship opportunities.
The job fair will take place at the Multipurpose Hall, Indoor Stadium, and Gate Number 2 of the University. Students interested in attending must complete their registration by October 5. However, students from the School of Open Learning (SOL) are not eligible to participate in this event.
Registration for the DU job fair is free of cost. Students can register online through a Google form available at the provided link. They are advised to register early to confirm their participation and avoid last-minute issues.
While filling out the form, students will need to submit details such as name, email, phone number, course, college, semester, passing year, CGPA, and upload their university ID card and resume in PDF format. Candidates must meet the given eligibility requirements to take part.
Students can also check the official website, placement.du.ac.in, for updates on job profiles and the list of companies participating in the fair. Queries related to the event can be sent to placement@du.ac.in.

The announcement of the job fair comes shortly after the release of the NIRF India Rankings 2025 by the Ministry of Education. Hindu College retained its top position among colleges for the second year in a row, followed by Miranda House.
Hans Raj College and Kirori Mal College also secured spots in the top five, highlighting Delhi University’s continued dominance, with six of the top seven colleges from DU.
