CDS Anil Chauhan arrived at Pune University on Tuesday at the ‘Future War and War’ program.

Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan spoke on the Pahalgam terror attack and Operation Sindoor on Tuesday. He reached Pune University on Tuesday. He gave lectures on the theme ‘Future War and War’ here.

He said, ‘On May 10, at 1 pm, Pakistan had planned to bring India to the knee in 48 hours, they carried out attacks at many places and extended the struggle, but its plan failed in 8 hours. This was then called for ceasefire for fear of big loss. We only targeted terrorist bases.

He said, ‘India is not going to live in the shadow of terror and nuclear blackmailing. The professional military force does not affect failures and damage. You need to maintain your morale. Disadvantages are not important, but results are important. ‘

He said that a few weeks before what happened in Pahalgam, Pakistan Army Chief General Aseem Munir had poisoned India and Hindus. What happened in Pahalgam was severe cruelty for the victims. The thinking behind Operation Sindoor was that state sponsored terrorism from Pakistan was to be stopped.

CDS said- Pakistan takes the initiative of ceasefire

The CDS said that after Pakistan’s planning failed, it had contacted India on the phone (Hline). He felt that if it continued, he would have to suffer more. General Chauhan said that when there was a request from Pakistan to reduce dialogue and stress, we also accepted it.

He said that war and politics were also being held in Operation Sindoor. The Indian Army carried out very carefully on Pakistani bases and some of them were as close as two meters. CDS General Anil Chauhan said that Pakistan should not make India hostage to terrorist activities.

It is not right to talk about loss and number CDS Chauhan said on the question of losing fighter jet during India-Pakistan tension- When I was asked about our loss, I said that they are not important. Because the result and how you work. This is important. It would not be very right to talk about losses and numbers.

Giving the example of Kikrate, he said- Suppose you go to play a cricket test match and you lose by an innings. So how many wickets, how many balls and how many players are there. There is no question of this.
