The IPO of auto parts manufacturing company Carraro India Limited will open from December 20. Carraro India wants to raise Rs 1,250 crore through IPO. This issue will be a complete offer for sale. The company will sell 1.78 crore shares for this.

What is the minimum and maximum amount that can be invested? Carraro India Limited has fixed the IPO price band at ₹668-₹704. Retail investors can bid for a minimum of one lot i.e. 21 shares. If you apply for 1 lot as per the upper price band of IPO of ₹ 704, then you will have to invest ₹ 14,784.
Whereas, retail investors can apply for maximum 14 lots i.e. 294 shares. For this, investors will have to invest ₹ 2,06,976 as per the upper price band.
