BEL Recruitment 2025: Vacancy Details
The 2025 BEL recruitment drive aims to strengthen the company’s core technological areas by filling positions in the E-II grade. The Electronics discipline has the highest number of openings with 175 posts, highlighting BEL’s strong focus on defence electronics and communication systems.
Mechanical engineering follows with 109 posts dedicated to the design, production, and maintenance of advanced equipment. Computer Science has 42 posts, reflecting BEL’s increasing investment in digital systems, software development, and cybersecurity.
Electrical engineering has 14 vacancies, ensuring the company maintains its expertise in power systems and circuit design.
BEL Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
BEL’s selection process is structured to identify the most qualified and skilled candidates. It includes:
- Shortlisting of applications based on eligibility and educational qualifications.
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) carrying 85 marks. The minimum qualifying score is 35% for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, and 30% for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.
- Interview round, which carries 15 marks and is evaluated separately with the same minimum qualifying percentages.
