All passengers and crew members were safely evacuated from the Hong Kong-Delhi Air India flight. The aircraft sustained only minor damage. Meanwhile, the airline officials confirmed that the fire broke out in the auxiliary power unit (APU) after Flight AI 315 had landed and was parked at the gate.
