An FIR has been lodged against a local leader of Samajwadi Party (SP) in Saharanpur district of Uttar Pradesh for allegedly teaching “political ABCD” to children. Politics has been hot about this incident and SP President Akhilesh Yadav has launched a scathing attack on the Yogi government.
What is the whole matter?
In the Ramnagar area of Saharanpur, Samajwadi Party leader Farhad Alam Gada started teaching children named “PDA Pathshala”. Here children were being taught children like “A for Akhilesh”, “B For Babasaheb”, “D For Dimple”, and “M For Mulayam Singh Yadav”. This school was being run at his house.
There was a ruckus as soon as the video went viral
A video of this school went viral on social media, in which children wearing a private school uniform are seen reading political ABCD. After the video surfaced, Man Singh, a resident of the area, lodged a police complaint.
FIR registered
Acting on the complaint, Saharanpur police has registered an FIR against Farhad Alam Gada. According to the police, it is wrong to educate children under the political agenda, especially when they are in school uniforms.
Akhilesh Yadav Reversal
Reacting to this incident, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav wrote on the social media platform ‘X’, “The British also did not file an FIR for studies. The anti -educational face of the BJP is now in front of the public. Now BJP is sure to go. Now condemnable.”
Farhad Gada rescue
Farhad Gada said that his school is not limited to teaching English, but also to give information about the great people of socialist ideology. He also said that he intends to open such schools in other parts of the district as well.
