Fihong said that PM Modi’s visit to China for the SCO Summit will give a new pace to the relations between the two countries. “The visit will be in Tianjin, China from August 31 to September 1.

Recently, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met PM Modi and handed him an invitation to Chinese President Xi Jinping. Modi accepted the invitation, saying that he is eager to meet Xi Jinping in Tianjin.

India-China relations are getting better

The Chinese ambassador said that India and China are continuously getting better after meeting PM Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping in Kazan, Russia last year. Both countries will start trade again through lipule

India and China have recently agreed to start trade via the Lipulekh Pass of Uttarakhand. The decision took place on 18–19 August during the visit of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi to India. In the conversation, it was decided to restore business with Shipki La and Nathu La Pass along with Lipulekh.
