JPSC Civil Services Final Result: The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has officially announced the final result of the Combined Civil Service Examination 2023. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results on the official website at jpsc.gov.in. The commission has released a detailed list of shortlisted candidates that includes their names, application numbers, categories, and the services allotted to them.
How To Check JPSC Civil Services Final Result?
Step 1: Visit the official JPSC website: jpsc.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the “Results” section or look for the link to the Combined Civil Services Exam 2023 final result.
Step 3: Open the PDF file containing the list of shortlisted candidates.
Step 4: Use Ctrl + F (or search) to find your name or application number in the PDF.
Step 5: Check your category and allotted service details in the list.
Step 6: Download and save the result PDF for future reference.
This recruitment process was conducted to fill 342 vacancies across various state services in Jharkhand. To be eligible for the examination, candidates needed to hold a graduation degree from a recognised university or institution.
Additionally, candidates were required to be between 21 and 35 years of age on the cut-off date, with relaxations provided in the upper age limit for reserved category candidates in accordance with government rules.

The Combined Civil Service Examination consisted of two main parts: the Preliminary examination and the Main examination, which included written tests and interviews. Candidates were required to secure at least 40 percent marks in the Preliminary exam to qualify for the Main examination.
However, relaxation in the qualifying marks was granted to eligible reserved category candidates. It is important to note that the marks obtained in the Paper 1 Language section (General Hindi and General English) were only qualifying in nature and were not considered for preparing the interview shortlist or the final merit list.
