School Bag News: Our children and teachers spend an average of 6 hours a day and about 1000 hours a year in schools. NCERT now thinks that along with school education, children should be given worldly experience and some skills should be taught…. So, with this idea in mind, NCERT has made a big recommendation to reduce the burden of school bags and studies on children. NCERT says that children from sixth to eighth standard should go to school without bags for ten days.
