The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the revised tentative calendar for the 2025–26 recruitment cycle for Public Sector Banks (PSBs) and Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). This schedule has been updated for the recruitment exams to the posts of Probationary Officers (PO), Management Trainees (MT), Specialist Officers (SPL), Customer Service Associates (CSA), and other RRB officer/assistant roles.
The revised calendar includes new dates for preliminary, main, and single examinations, along with important instructions regarding the online application process. “Prospective candidates are advised to visit official website of IBPS www.ibps.in regularly for detailed notification for each of the above examinations to be displayed in due course,” states the official notice by the institute.

The registration process for all IBPS CRP exams will be conducted online only. Candidates need to complete a single registration for both Preliminary and Main examinations, where applicable. “The registration process will be through online mode only and there will be a single registration for both Preliminary and Main examination, wherever applicable. Candidates will be required to upload the following documents as per the specification given in notification,” the notice added.
Documents Required While Applying
— Photograph of the Applicant – 20 kb to 50 kb in .jpeg file
— Signature of the Applicant – 10 kb to 20 kb in .jpeg file
— Thumb impression of the Applicant – 20 kb to 50 kb in .jpeg file
— Scanned Copy of handwritten declaration as per the format, which will be available in the respective notification – 50 kb to 100 kb in .jpeg file
— Candidates will also be required to capture and upload their “live photograph” at the time of application either by using webcam or mobile phone.
