JoSAA Counselling 2025: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will commence the JoSAA Counselling 2025 today, June 3, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can register for the counselling process on the official website – josaa.nic.in 10 AM onwards.
According to the schedule, the portal for registration for the centralised counselling process for admissions into premier engineering institutes across India and choice filling will be open until June 12, 2025
Only candidates who have qualified for JEE Main 2025 or JEE Advanced 2025 will be eligible to participate in JoSAA counselling. In total, the counselling will be conducted over five rounds, with a final (sixth) round for IITs only. An additional round will be held exclusively for the NIT+ system after the completion of regular JoSAA rounds.
Candidates who qualify the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) can begin filling in AAT-specific choices from June 8, following the announcement of results.
Based on choices submitted by June 8, the first mock seat allocation will be released on June 9. A second mock allocation will be published on June 11, allowing students to review, finalise, and lock their choices. The final deadline for choice filling and locking is June 12. After the reconciliation and verification process, the first round of seat allocation will be announced on June 14.
