- Give command by writing cancell tickets on Askdisha
- After this, enter the mobile number and login.
- Choose tickets to cancel from the books shown.
- SMS of cancellation will come as soon as you confirm.

- Type in Askdisha Chat, give refund status voice command.
- Choose cancell tickets, filed transactions or refund type of TDR.
- Now enter the PNR number of the ticket.
- Askdisha will immediately show the latest status of refund
