1. First Aadhaar website or this link uidai.gov.in will go on.
2. Here, the option of Aadhaar Authentication History will be available at the bottom of Aadhaar Services, click on it.
3. Here you will have to click on Send OTP by entering the Aadhaar number and visible security code.
4. After this, an OTP will come for verification on the link registered with Aadhaar, put this OTP and click on Submit.
5. After this you will have to fill all the information sought including Authority type and date range and OTP. (Note- You can see data up to 6 months.)
6. As soon as you click on Verify OTP, the list will appear in front of you, in which when and where Aadhaar was used in the last 6 months, it will be known.
