Human beings become the best after passing through trials and hardships. Like gold, we are purified by being tested in fire. The daughters never faced any problems due to their immense wealth. I want them to run out of money and be cautious about spending. These small trials will prepare them for bigger challenges.

Help only for essential expenses
I have always given money to my daughters according to their needs. It is not about what I can spend but what is good for them. The aim is that this amount should help them in only their essential expenses like hostel, college books and buying things they need. I do not want to spend on their fashion or dinners with friends. Wife Gauya and I have decided that we will never give money to our daughters unnecessarily. This will make them never understand the value of money.

Let them learn from experiences rather than lectures
If you want to teach money management to children, let them manage the expenses themselves. This approach is practical. If the responsibility is on them, they will be able to decide how much to spend or save. How to use a credit card. They will be able to learn better from their experiences instead of their father’s lecture.

Money is important only if it is spent on the betterment of the world
I wish that both my daughters work. Earn their own wealth. I have also created wealth in a similar way. In this process, they will understand themselves and the world. Money has value only when you earn it with hard work and then spend it for the betterment of the world.
