He said that it is possible to have a premature baby, but it greatly increases the risk to the mother and child. He said that premature delivery can cause problems like underdeveloped lungs, damage to the nervous system, underweight in children.

Trump will face legal obstacles in implementing the order
According to BBC, most legal experts believe that the right to birthright citizenship cannot be abolished by an executive order. To end this, an amendment to the Constitution would be required. This amendment can be passed only with two-thirds votes in the House of Representatives and the Senate. Apart from this, it will also require the support of the states.
However, opposition to Trump’s order has started in America. On Tuesday, attorneys general of 22 states filed a lawsuit against it in two federal district courts and asked to cancel the order.
It argued that the President and Congress do not have the constitutional authority to ban birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment.
