Bhopal Gas Tragedy: 337 metric tons of poisonous waste kept in Union Carbide factory for 40 years has reached Pithampur from Bhopal. This waste was safely packed in 12 special leak-proof and fire-resistant containers. It was brought here through a 250 kilometer long green corridor.
