A big allegation has been leveled against the famous contestant and lawyer of ‘Bigg Boss 17’ Sana Raees Khan. Social activist Ashfaq Hussain, resident of Bandra, Mumbai, has filed a complaint against him in the Bar Council. In this complaint it has been said that despite being a lawyer, Sana Raees Khan has done many such things which are against the rules related to her profession.
Ashfaq Hussain says that the money Sana Raees Khan earned from being a lawyer is against the rules of the lawyer’s profession. According to the complaint, Sana participated in ‘Bigg Boss 17’ and earned money from the film based on Indrani Mukherjee’s story on Netflix. Apart from this, he also bought the Mumbai Marine cricket team, whose captain is the famous cricketer Irfan Pathan.
It has been said in the complaint that Sana has violated Section 35 of the Advocate Act. Apart from this, sections 47, 48, and 49 have also been cited.
According to these rules, a lawyer should only do advocacy work and is not allowed to earn money from any other work.
Ashfaq Hussain has demanded from the Bar Council to cancel Sana’s license to become a lawyer. He says that this behavior of Sana is not good for the respect of the lawyer and his work.
When Dainik Bhaskar asked Sana about the matter, she said, ‘All this is baseless, ignore it.’
Let us tell you, Sana Raees Khan is also the lawyer for actress Rupali Ganguly in the defamation case against her step daughter Isha Verma.
