Uttar Pradesh: UP SCR is being created on the lines of Delhi NCR. 6 districts have been included in it. These six districts are Lucknow, Hardoi, Sitapur, Unnao, Raebareli and Barabanki. UP Capital Region Development Authority i.e. SCR authority has also been created whose headquarters will be in Lucknow. The chairman of this authority will be the Chief Minister (CM Yogi) while the vice-chairman, Chief Secretary and Commissioner of Lucknow Division will be its secretaries.
