AAJ KA PANCHANG, OCTOBER 28, 2024: The Ekadashi and Dwadashi Tithi of Krishna Paksha are scheduled to occur on October 28, as per Drik Panchang. Krishna Ekadashi and Krishna Dwadashi are good for most auspicious activities and fall in Shubh Muhurat timings. On this day, two festivals will be observed by devotees – Govatsa Dwadashi and Rama Ekadashi.

Before beginning any rituals on this day, it is recommended that devotees check the tithi and the favourable and unfavourable timings. This practice can provide valuable insights and help mitigate potential challenges during the day.

SUNRISE, SUNSET, MOONRISE, AND MOONSET ON OCTOBER 28

Sunrise is expected to take place at 6:30 AM, while sunset is anticipated at 5:39 PM. In the meantime, the moon is set to rise at around 3:36 AM on October 29 and is likely to set around 3:32 PM.

TITHI, NAKSHATRA, AND RASHI DETAILS FOR OCTOBER 28

The Ekadashi Tithi is said to persist until 7:50 AM after which it will transition to Dwadashi Tithi. The auspicious Purva Phalguni Nakshatra is expected to last up to 3:24 PM after which another favourable Nakshatra – Uttara Phalguni will take place. The Moon is said to be in Simha Rashi (Leo) up to 10:11 PM following which it will reside in the Kanya Rashi (Virgo), while the sun will be positioned in Tula Rashi (Libra).

SHUBH MUHURAT FOR OCTOBER 28

The Brahma Muhurta will occur from 4:48 AM to 5:39 AM, followed by the Pratah Sandhya Muhurta between 5:13 AM to 6:30 AM, and the Abhijit Muhurta from 11:42 AM to 12:27 PM. Later, in the evening, the Godhuli Muhurta is scheduled from 5:39 PM and 6:05 PM and the Sayahna Sandhya Muhurta will take place from 5:39 PM to 6:56 PM. The Nishita Muhurta is expected to occur between 11:39 PM and 12:31 AM on October 29.

ASHUBH MUHURAT FOR OCTOBER 28

The inauspicious timings for October 28 are as follows: Rahu Kalam Muhurat is expected from 7:54 AM to 9:18 AM. After which, the Yamaganda Muhurat will take place from 10:41 AM to 12:05 PM and the Gulikai Kalam Muhurat is likely to be observed between 1:28 PM to 2:52 PM. The Dur Muhurtam will take place twice – 12:27 PM to 1:11 PM and then again from 2:41 PM to 3:25 PM. The Baana Muhurat is said to occur in Mrityu up to 9:09 AM followed by Agni from 09:09 AM to the full night.
