Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi will take oath as Chief Minister of Delhi today at 4:30 pm. The swearing-in ceremony will take place at the Raj Bhavan – the Lt Governor’s residence – and five AAP MLAs will take oath along with Atishi as ministers.
