A Kolkata Police official has shared a post on social media, mocking doctors’ protests over the RG Kar rape and murder case, stirring a fresh row. He wrote, “Tora din raat jai jagis na keno, 0 chili, 0 thakbi (Even if you protest day and night, you were a zero and remain one forever).”
According to sources, Patuli Thana Officer-In-Charge Tirthankar Dey shared the distasteful comment on agitating doctors calling them “comrades”.
