Tiger Shroff’s team issued an official statement on Tuesday for the first time after the October 18 shooting in Mumbai. The team said Tiger did not release any statement or video on the incident.
The team appealed to avoid fake claims, AI made videos and fabricated stories on social media. He asked people to only trust information from Tiger and his official team.
The team said that legal action will be taken against those spreading fake news and AI created content.
Tiger’s team shared the statement on Instagram.
The statement said, “We would like to clearly state that Tiger Shroff has not given any statement on the recent incident or any developments related to it. He has not released any video nor has he approved any conversation or information.”
The team said that many social media pages and digital platforms are running fake news in the name of Tiger. These also include AI-made videos and scripted stories.
The team said, “All these are completely false and without approval. Their purpose is to mislead people.”
Appeal to media and social media pages
The team said, “We do not support such content nor do we have any connection with it. Media organizations, digital platforms and social media pages should show responsibility.
“Any information should be verified before publishing. Avoid creating or spreading false information for engagement or financial gain.”
The team said that appropriate legal action will be taken against the person or page creating, promoting or spreading fake news and AI generated content.
Many pages on social media are posting AI videos. Tiger and Salman were shown together in a video.
“We are taking cognizance of these incidents. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal options against those responsible,” the statement said.
The team asked people to trust only the verified information from Tiger Shroff and his official team.
“Don’t believe them, don’t share them and don’t promote them.”
Writing: On Tuesday, new pictures of Tiger were also revealed, in which no bandage or medical dressing was visible on his body.
Firing took place on October 18
This statement came two days after the October 18 firing incident. According to reports, Tiger was leaving a football club in Mumbai that day at around 7 pm.
In the video of the incident, the attackers were seen firing at his car from close range. Tiger survived safely in this incident. However, his driver and a pedestrian were injured in the incident.

The accused who opened fire on Tiger have told that they had earlier done recce of Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar, but had changed the plan due to high security.
A fourth youth was also with the accused, but he ran away from the hotel on the pretext of smoking a cigarette the night before the attack.
Meanwhile, the Special Cell of Delhi Police arrested four more people in this case on Tuesday. These include two women. It is alleged that he had supplied weapons to the shooters.
The accused have been identified as Kunal (21), Sumit (19) from Sonipat district of Haryana and Radha (23), Babita (23) from Uttar Pradesh.
