Describing Lawrence as his hero, he said that if Salman apologizes, society can consider forgiving him. The old lady further said-
There is still time. Salman Khan can go to the place and apologize and considering forgiving him under the religious beliefs of the society (survival). Violence like shooting is wrong and mistakes have been made on both sides.

Understand with 3 examples: How Bishnoi community is being harassed in Canada.
- Attack on the road after seeing the name on the car: Ankush Bishnoi was stopped and beaten. According to Ankush, people are scared and are silent due to the fear that the government might deport them or Khalistani might target them again.
- Taunting and harassment in office: A girl from Fatehabad is working in a Canadian company. She told that in the office she is teased about her Bishnoi surname and is called ‘Lawrence’s sister’. Despite complaining to the senior, no hearing took place.
- The girl was not hired after seeing the name Bishnoi: Another Bishnoi girl from Haryana went to ‘Punjab Pizza Cafe’ for an interview. As soon as he saw the surname ‘Bishnoi’ in the documents, he was rejected. It was later revealed that the café owner did not want to hire him to avoid any controversy.

Haryanvi youth said- Indian embassy closed and MP silent
According to Ankush Bishnoi, the Canadian police is discriminating in this matter. The case was of hate speech and hate crime, but the police only imposed charges of minor assault. When asked, the police said- ‘Your name sounds similar to a gang.’ The police did not even make public the names of the attacking Khalistani youth.
Complaint was lodged in the Indian Embassy, but no concrete response was received from there. Two weeks have passed since I sent an email to local MP Pradeep Sarai, but no response has been received. Ankush told that the situation on the ground is very bad. Some people make videos and claim that everything is fine, while in reality the community is living in fear.
Because of this, resentment is increasing against Lawrence Gang.
