External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar addressed the Munich Security Conference in Delhi.
External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that when the whole world stood with Pakistan, Russia supported India.
On Sunday, at the Munich Security Conference in Delhi, Jaishankar said that,

India-Russia relations have been good for a long time. For New Delhi, relations with Moscow are not determined only by today’s situation.

Russia has supported India on 4 important issues including Kashmir in the last 70 years.

‘America became isolated because of its policies’
Jaishankar said that two big changes are visible in today’s world-
- First: America’s attitude towards the world is changing.
- Second: China is becoming stronger rapidly.
According to him, America has become isolated in the world because of its policies.
At the same time, the increasing influence of China is increasing competition between countries. Now other countries are also using their power and influence for benefit.
Said 5 days ago – America does not understand India’s concerns
On September 29, Jaishankar gave a statement on America at the Asia Society Policy Institute in New York.
In response to a question asked on India-US relations in that program, Jaishankar had said that one of India’s biggest concerns is terrorism coming from Pakistan.
If America does not fully understand this concern or does not realize its seriousness, then it impacts India-US relations.

Former US diplomat Daniel Russell had interacted with Jaishankar at the Asia Society event. During this time he had given this statement.
Jaishankar said – India discussed stopping the war between Russia and Ukraine
Jaishankar reiterated India’s old stand regarding the Ukraine war. He said that to end the war, it is necessary to adopt the path of dialogue, diplomacy and compromise.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also said the same thing many times. He told Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2022 that today is not the time for war.
Jaishankar said that India is no longer limited to just appealing for peace. India has held talks with both Russia and Ukraine in recent months.
These talks include issues like safe movement of ships in the Black Sea, export of grain and energy and preventing attacks on critical infrastructure.
