According to US regulatory filings, American Ventures is expected to hold a 9.9% beneficial stake in the company following the proposed merger with Powers. According to Trump Jr.’s spokesperson, he is only a passive investor and has no role in the company’s operations or contracts. Before Pakistan, Powers had an agreement with India. Before Pakistan, Powers had an agreement with India also. In a June 30 filing, Paras Defense and Space Technologies said Paras has granted it an exclusive license to manufacture and sell the Guardian-1 drone interceptor in India.
