Ancy Sojan Edappilly won the Silver medal in the women’s Long Jump at the 2026 Asian Games on Sunday (September 27). The 25-year-old from Thrissur put in a jump of 6.53 metres in her fifth attempt and led for almost the entirety of the contest, but lost out to China’s Yingying Huang on the final attempt.
