Surfing: Sugar Shanti Gayen and Kamali Prakash finish last in their respective heats in women’s shortboard round 1.
Badminton: Dhruv Kapila and Tanisha Crasto defeated the Maldivian pair of Aminath Abdul Razzaq and Nibal Ahmed in the first round of the mixed doubles.
Canoe Sprint: Prohit Baroi and Prasanna Kumar finished fifth in the men’s kayak double 500m semi-final 1, progressing to Final B.
Canoe Sprint: Megha Pradeep and Neha Leichonbam finished fourth in the canoe double 500m semi-final 1 and have been eliminated.
Fencing: The Indian quartet of Aditya, Hemash Singh, Tejas Patil, and Sachin lost their Round of 16 tie against Hong Kong in the men’s team foil.
Shooting: Kamaljeet and Suruchi Inder Singh top 10m air pistol mixed team qualification event, mathch Asian record.

Swimming: Aneesh Sunil finished 17th, Dhakshan Shashikumar 18th in men’s 400m freestyle heats. Both fail to qualify for the final.
