Most local fishermen still fish in small boats with sails. This is affecting their employment. America has its eyes on the rare earth minerals of Balochistan. Munir has even shown samples of these minerals to Trump. 70% area of Balochistan was lost by PAK. Balochistan is the largest province of Pakistan. It covers about 45% of the country and shares its border with Iran. There are deserts and desolate mountains far and wide. But these days, the echo of bullets is heard most in this wilderness. The fighters of Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) are fighting for the demand of a separate country. The situation is such that Baloch fighters and Pashtun (Pathan) rebels have control over about 70% of the province. In many areas of Balochistan, armed fighters enter cities like Quetta, Khuzdar and Mastung without fear. Attack police stations and government offices. At many places, BLA fighters and Pashtun groups set up blockades on the roads. They search the vehicles passing by and openly extort money.
