The show was ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’.” Krishna Tulsi’s character and story Mouni also told that the story of Krishna Tulsi in the show was interesting and his arrival had brought positive changes in Tulsi’s life. The character of Krishna Tulsi was shown as an orphan girl. Smriti Irani played the character of Tulsi in the show. Mouni Roy was first paired with Pulkit Samrat in ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’. Later, her pairing with Akashdeep Sehgal was also shown in the show.
