Police caught the accused from a moving train
The police brought the accused to Valsad on Wednesday evening.
The accused who raped the innocent girl has been identified as Ghulam Mustafa (25 years). The accused is a friend of the girl’s father. With the help of CCTV footage, the police saw him going towards the railway station. After this, it was found that he had boarded a train going to Maharashtra. Finally, late at night, the crime branch team arrested Ghulam from a moving train near Palghar railway station. The accused was brought to Valsad on Wednesday evening.
