‘Everything seems scattered. The tasks which used to be done automatically earlier, are not being done today. You wonder – why is the day behaving this way? Why doesn’t everything seem normal? If we understand this well, then maybe there will be peace in the mind and there will be peace all around.
Big B’s advice on mental health
Amitabh further writes his opinion on serious issues like mental health. He says, ‘But some people never get this peace. On the contrary, this increases their anxiety further. People say that being constantly worried is very harmful for both mind and body. And because of this it is not at all necessary to spend the day unnecessarily worried.
Amitabh Bachchan was free from the shooting of ‘Kalki 2’ a few days ago. It is being shot in Hyderabad. The actor had also shared some pictures from the set, in which he was seen with Tamil superstar Kamal Haasan. People liked his photos a lot.
