A viral TikTok video by San Diego-based exotic dancer Charm Daze has exploded online after she claimed young US troops are casually spilling details about their upcoming deployments to the Middle East, with many reportedly heading straight into action against Iran.
In the emotional clip, which has racked up millions of views, Daze described a sudden wave of “depressed” soldiers flooding her club near major military bases and blowing through their cash. “Something I’ve noticed lately is all the military guys are coming in, and they’re spending all of their money. They’re kind of depressed,” she said.
She added that several troops told her outright, “We deploy next week.” She added, “To see these young guys and then being like, ‘bye,’ it’s actually making me emotional.” She referred to some of the soldiers as “baby-faced” and “foetuses,” highlighting the human toll just days before they ship out.
San Diego sits next to one of America’s largest military hubs, including Naval Base San Diego, Naval Base Coronado, and Camp Pendleton. The timing of the claims has fuelled intense speculation that the US is preparing a major escalation in the ongoing conflict with Iran.
The video comes as President Donald Trump is ramping up military pressure on Tehran, with thousands of additional US troops, including Marine Expeditionary Units and elements of the elite 82nd Airborne, already repositioned to the region alongside naval assets.

Military veterans and commentators have slammed the apparent Operational Security breach, warning that loose talk in public venues like strip clubs can hand critical intelligence to adversaries.
Marine officer and social media influencer Kagan Dunlap issued a blunt PSA on X. He wrote, “PSA: Don’t tell your adult entertainer you’re deploying. You’ve got to remind your folks: Don’t talk to your barber about when you’re deploying. Don’t talk to your adult entertainer about deploying or when you’re leaving, or what you’re doing or dates and times and locations. Because they don’t know any better, they’re going to post a TikTok video about it.”
There has been no official Pentagon confirmation of any specific breach, and Daze framed her post as personal observation rather than insider intel. Still, the episode has spotlighted both the emotional strain on young troops facing deployment to Iran and the difficulty of keeping secrets in a world of smartphones and social media.
