In a shocking incident, a husband brutally killed his wife by running over an SUV over her. As per the reports and social media videos, the man first pushed his wife out of the SUV, then he thrashed her on roadside before allegedly killing her.
As per the police, accused Akshay and his 28-year-old wife Shaila were travelling to Ganagapura on Thursday morning. At around 11 am, the couple had an argument and Akshay pushed Shaila out of the car near Ballurga village.
The entire incident was recorded on camera and the clip is now going viral on social media. The disturbing visuals show Akshay brutally thrashing Shaila while she is pleading for help.
After mercilessly thrashing her, he drove the SUV over her. Kalaburagi Superintendent of Police Adduru Srinivasulu said that the couple was married for four years and were originally from Baramati in Maharashtra.
The initial investigation suggests that couple had an argument over Akshay’s suspicion that Shaila was having an extramarital affair.
The accused husband is in police’s custody and further probe is underway.
Man Slits Wife’s Throat On Road In Kalaburagi
In another chilling incident reported from Karnataka’s Kalaburagi, a husband killed his wife by slitting her throat in the middle of a road over a family dispute. The incident occurred near Ballurgi village in Afzalpur taluk of Kalaburagi district, police told PTI.
According to police, the man allegedly brought his wife in a car, forced her to get down onto the road, and slit her throat.
