A case of road rage has come to light from Sangam Vihar area of Delhi, the video of which is going viral on social media. In this incident, what started as a minor dispute over giving way quickly turned into a violent clash, where the bike rider and his companions attacked a family and also damaged their car. According to the police, on March 23, 2026, the family of a person named Rampal from Faridabad was going towards Kalkaji. Road repair work was going on on the way, due to which he had to divert and pass through G-Block of Sangam Vihar.
During this time, he had an argument with a bike rider regarding giving way. This argument escalated so much within a few minutes that the matter reached a scuffle. It is alleged that the bike rider called 5-6 of his companions, who together beat up the family members. During this time his car was also damaged. A video of the incident was made by someone present at the spot, which is now going viral on social media.
Two people including Rampal suffered minor injuries in this attack. Both were taken to the hospital for treatment, where they were discharged after first aid. A case has been registered under strict sections in Sangam Vihar police station. Police have so far identified three accused, two of whom have been arrested, while a minor has been detained.
