Delhi High Court has issued notice to Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. The notice was given on a petition by a China-based AI voice generation platform, which is seeking vacate of the interim order dated December 11, 2025. In that order, commercial use of Salman’s voice, name, picture and identity was banned without permission. Let us tell you that Salman Khan had filed a lawsuit to protect his personality rights, so that no one misuses his brand value. The bench of Justice Jyoti Singh presented lawyer Nizam Pasha on behalf of Salman during the hearing. The Chinese company says that voice modeling is their main business, so the order is affecting their business. The court has sought a reply from Salman within four weeks. Now Salman Khan will have to present his side within 4 weeks, according to the report of ETimes, the High Court will hear the case on February 27, which will be important in many cases. Which will decide whether AI platforms should be allowed to use the voices of celebrities or whether publicity rights will be given importance. These days Salman Khan is busy in the upcoming film ‘Battle of Galwan’, which is directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The film is scheduled to be released on 17 April 2026, in which Chitrangada Singh will also be seen. The shooting has been completed and it is in the post-production stage.
