CUET PG 2025: Eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website at exams.nta.ac.in. The application correction window will be open from January 23 to 25, 2026.
HTET 2025 application deadline extended till January 5, 2026.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration deadline for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) PG 2026 to January 20. Previously, the last date to apply was January 14. Eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website at exams.nta.ac.in. The application correction window will be open from January 23 to 25, 2026.
According to the official notice, “The National Testing Agency (NTA) is in receipt of various representations from the candidates to extend the last date for submission of online application form for CUET (PG) 2026. Therefore, NTA informs all candidates that the last date for submission of the online application form for CUET (PG) 2026 has been extended to 20 January 2026 (up to 11:50 P.M.) enabling the aspiring candidates to complete their application form.”
NTA will conduct CUET PG 2026 in March. Candidates can select up to four question paper codes from a provided list while filling out the application form.
CUET PG 2026: How To Apply?
Step 1: Visit the official website — exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG/
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the application portal
Step 3: Click on the “New Candidate Register Here” link
Step 4: Register yourself
Step 5: Fill out the application form and upload your photograph and signature
Step 6: Pay the application fee and submit the CUET PG 2026 application form
The CUET PG 2026 question paper will consist of 75 questions. Although the number of questions remains the same as the previous year, the exam duration has been reduced from 1 hour 45 minutes to 90 minutes. The comprehension section in the General Paper will be available in either English or Hindi, depending on the candidate’s preference, which must be specified during registration.
Each question carries four marks. Candidates will earn four marks for every correct response, while one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. Unanswered or unattempted questions will not receive any marks. Candidates must select the most appropriate option from the available choices to answer.
