Another anti-Sheikh Hasina leader has been attacked in Bangladesh. According to Bangladeshi media reports, National Citizens Party (NCP) leader Mohammad Motaleb Shikdar was shot after entering his house at 12 noon on Monday in Khulna.

According to reports, the attackers fired directly at Motaleb’s head. As soon as he was shot, he got seriously injured and fell down. People present nearby immediately picked him up and took him to Khulna Medical College Hospital, where his treatment is going on.

According to the police, initially his condition was very critical, but doctors later said that he is now out of danger. Police officer Animesh Mandal said the bullet entered one of his ears and exited from the other side. It was fortunate that the bullet did not reach his brain, due to which his life was saved.
