Recently, actress Celina Jaitley filed a complaint against her Austrian husband Peter Haag in Mumbai court under the Domestic Violence Act. Threat of inserting rod in private part- Celina and Peter got married in 2010. After the Nirbhaya incident in Delhi in 2012, whenever there was a fight between Peter and Celina, he used to threaten to insert a rod in the private part.

Pressure to have unnatural sex- Celina alleges that Peter would call her to his study every day and force her to engage in unnatural sexual activities on his terms.

Pressure to establish relations with the company’s board directors- The petition says that between late 2014 and early 2015, Peter advised Selena to have a physical relationship with one of the company’s board directors in order to improve her position in the workplace.

Took photo without clothes and then blackmailed- Celina claimed that husband Peter first took objectionable pictures of her without clothes and then blackmailed her through them. Peter would threaten through these photographs that if his sexual demands were not fulfilled then he would leak those photographs.

Thrown out of the house three weeks after the birth of twins- In her complaint, the actress has mentioned an incident where after her pregnancy, when she took paternal leave and asked Peter for help in taking care of the children, Peter threw her out of the house by holding her hand. At the time of this incident, only three weeks had passed since the birth of their twins.

For asking for help during periods, a wine glass was thrown against the wall. In the complaint, Celina has also mentioned the fight between the two for the first time. After returning from honeymoon, Celina was troubled with period cramps. The time had come to see the doctors. When she asked her husband to take her to the doctor, he became furious.
