A major incident came to light in Gonda district on Monday, where BLO and assistant teacher Vipin Yadav posted in Jaitpur Majha of Nawabganj block was found in critical condition under suspicious circumstances. According to the information, he had allegedly consumed poisonous substance, after which his health suddenly deteriorated. He was first brought to Gornad Hospital and then to District Hospital Gonda, from where when his condition became critical, the doctors referred him to King George Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow, but he later died. As soon as the news of the incident was received, there was panic in the district administration. District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan and other officials immediately reached the district hospital. DM told that Vipin Yadav had eaten something at his home, due to which his condition worsened. It was also learned that he had not reached the booth for duty today.
ADM Alok Kumar confirmed that Vipin Yadav died before reaching Lucknow. He told that for his better care, SDM Sadar and Naib Tehsildar Nawabganj were also sent along, but as soon as he reached KGMU, the doctors declared him dead.
Investigation intensified after viral video
After the incident, a video went viral on social media, in which Vipin Yadav is seen allegedly talking about pressure being exerted by the SDM, BDO and Lekhpal. This video made the whole matter even more sensitive.
Additional District Magistrate Alok Kumar said that an investigation committee has been formed under the leadership of CRO and ADSP to investigate all the facts including the viral video. The committee will investigate the entire matter and submit a report.
The truth will come out from the post mortem report
ADM said that what Vipin Yadav had eaten and what was the real reason will become clear only after the post mortem report comes.
Who was Vipin Yadav?
Vipin Kumar Yadav was originally a resident of Jaunpur. Presently he was posted as Assistant Teacher in Jaitpur Majha of Nawabganj Block and BLO in Khempur. There is an atmosphere of mourning and anger in the area due to his sudden death. The administration has assured that the real picture of the entire matter will be revealed only after the investigation report comes.
